24v Split charge relay system supplied with a Durite 0-727-85 24v 140amp voltage sense relay, 110amp 16mm² cable  plus everything you will need to install this system into a 24v vehicle or boat needing to charge a 24v battery bank

You will be supplied with everything you need to fit this kit

    • 24v 140amp Voltage Sense Split Charge Relay
    • 1-10mtr 110amp 16mm2 Red Power Cable
    • 1mtr 110amp 16mm2 Black Earth Cable
    • 1 x Pair 8mm post type battery terminals
    • 2 x Fuse holders & 100amp Fuses including spare.
    • Crimp or solder ring Terminals to connect everything together.
    • Heat shrink to protect all the connections.
    • 15 x Cable ties + 10 x adhesive cable tie fixings to keep everything tidy.
    • 15 x fixing screws
    • Drill bit
    • 2 x sticky pads to use if required
    • 1-10m Split Black plastic conduit to protect cables in Engine bay.
    • Easy to understand Fitting Instructions + after sales support if required

 

A very simple kit to install, all you need to do is to connect your starter battery to your leisure battery(s) by using the kit supplied, with the easy to understand fitting instructions and a wiring diagram.

The voltage sense relay simply detects the rise in voltage from you vehicles charging system when it exceeds 27.4v to allow you to charge your leisure battery(s) while your engine is running. When your engine is switched off and the battery voltage drops below 25.6v the relay will isolate your leisure battery(s) from your main starter battery so it does not drain your main starter battery and you will always be able to start your vehicle.

All of the range of 140amp voltage sensitive relays are dual sensing meaning that if a charging voltage like through a mains charger or solar panel is applied to the leisure battery that exceeds the relay activation voltage of 27.4v it will activate the relay to allow this charging device to also maintain the starter battery.
