Please note that with limited staff it is impossible to keep up with the volume of order and enquiries
At this time all of our delivery companies are working as normal so we will be processing and shipping orders as fast as we can
but some services like our DPD next working day will not be possible
All orders over £50 include UK FREE shipping
Small orders up to £50 will be sent via Royal Mails 1st Class service at £3.49
Orders over £50 will be sent via FREE using Royal Mails 24hr Tracked service which will send a email and text notification advising you of your delivery.
All our Royal Mail services are not a guaranteed next day service and we ask to allow three working days for your delivery
For a next working day guaranteed service using DPD please select the option at the checkout
All orders needing our next working day service with DPD will need to be ordered before 10am for us to book, process and pack this service with DPD
Any orders placed after 10am might be sent the next working day if we cannot get them booked and packed in time but if urgent please contact us as we will always try our best to help.
Please note that some UK adresses including the Highlands and Northern Ireland will usually be a 2 Day Service
All orders will be packed and dispatched within 1 working day, Monday to Friday, on receipt of order and payment unless there is limited stock.
If goods are not available we will try to contact you as soon as possible to advise availability or an alternative part.
Please note we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays

All non UK orders will be sent via DPD on a 2-5 day service depending on location.

For all returns please contact us with your reason for the request HERE
We will email you our returns address and a returns authorisation number.
Please note we will not accept any goods returned without authorisation.
Please use a suitable carrier or recorded delivery service when you return any item to us as we will not be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
If you are returning goods that are not required during the 14 day cooling off period then please ensure they are returned in unopened and resalable condition to receive a full refund.
If you are returning a faulty component then please describe the fault in full in the returns request form so we can deal with your problem as quickly as we can.
